Returns & Exchanges

Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
Exchanges must be made within 14 days from receipt of goods, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging and with the original receipt. Under no circumstances will an exchange or credit be given if the products received back are used, worn, washed, soiled, damaged or without the original packaging. The cost of posting items back to us for exchange is at the buyer’s expense.
Baby Winks cannot be held responsible for any product lost or damaged in transit when being returned to the store. Exchanges that are not the result of a defect will require additional postage and handling charges for the correct item to be re-posted. This is a $10.00 flat fee regardless of purchase price.

If the goods are faulty, significantly different from what was shown to you or do not do what they are supposed to do, or where otherwise required by law – we will refund the cost of the purchase price only. Refunds will be given using your original payment method.
If you believe an item you have bought from Baby Winks is faulty, we may need to send the item to the manufacturer for assessment to determine whether or not you are entitled to an exchange, refund or repair. Warranty does not apply to improper care, misuse of the product, or normal wear and tear caused by product use. Baby Winks and the manufacturer reserves the right to inspect the item. You may be charged for repairs if the product has been damaged accidently.
For faulty or defective items, please Contact Baby Winks, between 9.00am and 5:00pm Monday - Friday (AEST), before returning the goods.
Q. When will I receive my order from Baby Winks?

A. For local, North West regional NSW customers, delivery is within 2 - 3 working days and for interstate customers 7 - 10 working days. However, we cannot guarantee any unforeseen circumstances that may delay postage eg: natural disasters.
Q. How much is delivery?
A. For Australian customers:

• Delivery is free for all orders totalling over $75.00
• Delivery is $10 flat fee for each order under $75.00, additional to the product purchases

Please note that all products listed are in Australian dollars and include Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Q. Will I receive confirmation of my order?

A. Yes. As we request your email address during the registration process, we will send you a confirmation email of your order. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding your order.
Q. What are your payment methods?

A. We accept Visa, MasterCard and direct debit payments via the secure PayPal gateway. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use this facility.
Q. Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

A. Yes, we do.
Q. Can I buy online and pick up my order in store?
A. Yes.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Sorry, we only ship to Australian residents.
